Peanut Ladoo

Ingredients :
  1. Peanuts,1 cup roasted and grinded
  2. Jaggery shredded, ¾ th cup
  3. Ghee 1 tbsp

Recipe :
       Take a flat pan, turn on the flame and place peanuts into pan, dry roast the peanuts. Turn off the flame and cool the peanuts. Once the cool peanuts, remove skin and grind roasted peanuts, jaggery and ghee all together. Grind till mix all the ingredients well. Remove mixture from grinder and make ladoos by rolling this mixture in between two palms as shown in video. And this quick, easy, healthy and nutritious ladoos are ready to serve.
